Connecting to Zapier will give you endless possibilities of integrating RepMove to the workflow apps you’re already using. For example, you can easily set a 2-way integration between your existing CRM and RepMove.
You’re all set! Now you can move on to connecting your RepMove account to the thousands of other apps available, making you even more efficient and productive.
A trigger is an event that starts a Zap. Once you’ve set up a Zap, Zapier will monitor for that trigger event. For example: You want to set up a Zap that sends new Accounts between RepMove and your CRM.
This is a trigger that activates whenever an Admin or Team Leader adds a new account or prospect to their list.
Select User Id if you want to set up a trigger under specific user (this is an optional step). If no user is selected when any account/prospect is created, the trigger will be executed. Click Continue.
If no sample is coming up as you test the step, add a new account/prospect to your list in RepMove and try again.
If you selected a user and no sample is coming up as you test the step, add a new account/prospect in RepMove to your list under the selected user in the Set Up Trigger section and try again.
You can expand each sample to see if it contains all of the details you’re looking for.
This triggers whenever you or someone you manage in RepMove updates an account or prospect.

An action is an event a Zap performs after it is triggered.
For example, you can create a zap for the creation of a new account/prospect created in your CRM, which then creates that exact account within RepMove. In this case, the trigger is listening for a new account/prospect and the action is creating a new account/prospect in RepMove.
This action creates a new account in RepMove when it is created in your CRM.
To ensure the account is created properly, you will need to have information in the following required fields: User ID, Account/Prospect Name, Category and Type.
Before this step, we recommend that you add a Search: Find User step first to find the correct Account Owner in RepMove or assign the new account/prospect to one of the users available in the dropdown.
This action will update an account in RepMove after it is triggered by an update to the account within your CRM.
The required fields for this action are: User ID, Account/Prospect Name, Category and Type.
